Columns (1984)

As a student of sculpture in Munich, Germany, I traveled frequently to Italy. The archeological sites in Rome were a wonderful source of inspiration to me. I was especially fascinated by the symmetry and splendor of the ancient building sites, the breathtaking combination of classical art and architecture.
